If you’re running a large HVAC company with complex service agreements, multi-location management, or a heavy install schedule, Workiz starts to feel limited pretty quickly. It’s not trying to compete with enterprise-tier platforms. That’s not a knock — it just means you need to know going in what it is.

Scheduling and Dispatching

The dispatch board is clean and drag-and-drop. You can see your technicians, their jobs, and move things around without a lot of friction. For businesses that need fast scheduling — especially same-day service calls — it works well.
